We had a lower level, harbor facing room. It was remodeled and beautiful. The room was very large with plenty of space. At the end of each bed, there was a large bench. Large TV on large console that housed a mini fridge and storage. Headboards had reading lights. There was a second sink/vanity area just outside of the bathroom. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful. There is a walking/biking trail between the patio and the harbor that was pretty active. There are lots of great food options nearby.

The property is right on the water with private balconies. It was so fun watching otters every morning and evening. There is also a short trail to walk along the water edge. The restaurant on-site was very good and also offered water views. The shower was so hot and amazing! They have laundry facilities on-site that are convenient since we didn’t pack a lot of clothes. If you are whale watching, it is just a short walk to the dock.

excellent room cleaning of rooms. Ice maker is not convenient and located only on the second floor. For the price oet night, you would think a complementary would be included. I was there to visit Olpmic National Park and wanted to hit the to hit road early to avoid lines getting into the park. Plan ahead for an early breakfast, or you can sit for an hour or two just getting into the Park. .

We were in transit from Washington to Victoria BC on the ferry and picked this hotel and were very happy we did. Very nice, spacious room with balcony where we could sit and enjoy a Walla Walla Rose with a spectacular view of the waterfront area. Close to great restaurants and the ferry early next morning. Very helpful reception staff. Free parking. First class and very reasonable price.

The location was perfect for checking out Olympic National Park and taking the ferry to Victoria. The staff were super friendly and when asked to handle a minor plumbing issue, fixed it right away. The room was very spacious and we loved having 2 sinks, one with the toilet and shower and one outside so multiple people can get ready at the same time.
